Founded in 2001, DiverseNet is a Technology Integration Field Services company that supports clients throughout the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
We specialize in building a client-specific network of qualified field technicians. Through our Learning Management System, we train, test, and certify field technicians according to your specifications resulting in your own qualified, international field team to deliver and maintain your product. We then source and manage that network on your behalf.
We staff experienced, results-driven field services managers who previously served in a field technician role. This provides the necessary experience to support our network of field technicians in identifying problems, troubleshooting issues, and providing Level I and Level II support to reduce necessity for escalation to our clients.
A successful deployment requires integration experience, trained resources, and a solid infrastructure to effectively scale for various deployment needs.
