Our goal is to be a valued partner to our clients.  We conduct periodic meetings to review results and determine any adjustments needed. Additionally, reports are generated providing valuable metrics, such as: On-Time Percentages, First Run Completion Rates, Tech Issues, Client Issues, Cost Per Ticket and Average Time on Site. Many clients have additional reporting needs beyond our standard package.
